A product can be exchanged in case of a defect or damage, within 3 days of receipt.

3. Shipping:
We cover shipping costs and taxes for all orders within Gulf countries.

4. Refunds:
If the return request is approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method within a specified period.

5. Unacceptable Cases:
- Product use
- Product damage due to misuse
- Return request after the specified period has expired
